EMPLOYMENT
We are able to advise both employee and
employer on all employment matters from drafting the
employment contract to enforcing the terms of a contract.
We have experience in both defending and bringing claims of
dismissal, (wrongful, constructive, unfair), sexual
discrimination and part time worker discrimination.
We are also able to assist with drafting compromise
agreements, and are able to draft firm policies which can be
tailor made to the employment concerned.
We are able to provide quick and accurate legal advice as matters arise. In particular we are able to deal with drafting contracts and policies, advising and implementing disciplinary and grievance procedures. Advising on TUPE, what happens when an employer changes, discrimination, redundancy, unfair and wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, restrictive covenants, contractual post-termination restrictions and confidentiality agreements.
