Step 7: Allocation Questionnaires
Once a case has been defende, steps are taken to perpare a case for Trial or early settlement. For these purposes, the case will be allocated to a Track. The Court will look at a number of criteria to determine if the case should be allocated to the small claim track, fast track of multitrack |

Step 9: Trial
It is hoped that the majority of cases will settle without the need for Trial. The Court will send a pre-trial checklist to prepare for Trial and set a date. At the Trial, judgement will be made. |

If your opponent fails to make paymnet of a judgement debt, there are measures which can be taken to enforce it. |
